I had an operation to repair right shoulder rotator cuff. I have just had my final consultation with Mr Nick Little and he was very pleased with me as it was a large tear and quite a way apart . He said I had been very good with my rehab to be totally pain free with all movement possible . I was very pleased with all my treatment from being seen by MSK at Leatherhead , to seeing Mr Little today. I don’t think I could have had better care . I thank you to all the team as well.

Mr Little is the most exceptional doctor I've ever dealt. Not only I totally trust him but he is also great at listening the patient's needs and requirements. I've broken my collarbone twice and I'm really grateful he supported me throughout my recovery journey.

I suffered a severe elbow injury in 2023 which required relocation and radial head replacement surgery a few days later. I met Mr Little on the day of the surgery and he went out of his way to explain the extent of the injury, show me the scans, and detail the options and prognosis. I went into surgery knowing that I was in the best hands, and Mr Little was present afterwards to talk me through how things went. Very friendly and down to earth, and I felt well cared for and informed every step of the way. This includes in immediate aftercare, as well as ongoing fracture clinics, where I've been able to see my scans and discuss any questions and concerns with Mr Little and the fantastic team at Epsom hospital. I've got almost full range of motion back in my arm, and this simply would not have been possible were it not for Mr Little and his team's work. Extremely grateful, thank you.

I appreicated the fact Dr Little wanted to assess the full extent of the shoulder issue via MRI, before recommending any treatment/next steps. He was also very friendly and easy to talk too. It was a fantastic experience.

Dr. Little done my carpal tunnel surgery on one hand and is due to do the other in a couple of weeks time. He was very attentive and done a great job! Compared to others I have seen, I am very happy with how neat and tidy my scar is! He's matched it up perfectly and it's healed extremely well. He listened to everything I had to say and he's very understanding. I would highly recommend him.
